Everest started its manufacturing facility in Balasore in Orissa. The industry is very freight sensitive so it aims to drive maximum consumption in the nearest periphery. As a strategy, it needed to drive its consumption within periphery of 200 Kms. i9 proposed a 3 month plan for the areas within 200kms periphery.
