Solution

The work was divided into three different parts as plastic ,paper and metal work – checklist created separately for each line of work – phase wise quality checks and despatching

Results

9 varieties of OSM Devloped , 8 diffeent languages adapted (HIndi, English, Bengali, Gujrati, Oriya, Assami, Telgu & Kannad) , 0 complaints of damage / quality issues
